The Apartment:
Beautiful NYC home in a quiet residential neighborhood in Washington Heights. Just across the street from the A express subway. Surrounded by parks, Fort Tryon Park, The Cloisters, Bennet Park and Washington Park along the Hudson River- all just a short walk away.
The apartment features a corner living room with stunning views of the George Washington Bridge, flooded with sunlight. Breathtaking sunsets! There's a 65 inch smart TV, DVD player and Bose SoundTouch multi-room system.
The dining room is huge, seating 4 and has a reclining armchair perfect for relaxing with a book and a glass of wine, surrounded by beautiful and original art pieces. Also Bose sound system.
The bedroom is dreamy. Facing the picturesque stairs of Pinehurst, this quiet room also has a view of the bridge and is very bright. Blackout shades, a queen size bed with a new mattress, and a generous double closet.
There are 2 full bathrooms on both ends of the apartment. Fresh linens are provided, including sheets and towels.
The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities. Dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, large refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, toaster, kettle and full cookware. We can provide a regular coffee maker if you need.
Last but not least, a brand new washer and dryer in the apartment is located by the 2nd bathroom. Very convenient.
Transportation is steps away. The A train is right across the street - a short 25 min. ride to Columbus Circle. The 1 train a few blocks east and several buses around the block will take you to different parts of the city.
Enjoy this oasis in Manhattan and discover the city from the perspective of a true New Yorker!
