Sylvie's apartment was an absolute delight to stay in, it is beautiful and incredibly well furnished. I felt at home immediately upon arrival. Everything about it I love and Sylvie has been so kind and helpful to me. I couldn't speak more highly of Sylvie, she has answered all of my questions and queries clearly and concisely, often responding in the same day. She has made the process of me coming to the states so much easier. The apartment is also in a great location with everything you could want within walking distance. The apartment and Sylvie have both helped me come to the conclusion NYC is certainly the best city in the world. 

My wonderful, very sophisticated, and exacting, northern Italian cousins (an energetic older couple) stayed with Indigo House for a month and loved it there. The apartment was perfectly comfortable, nicely furnished, terrific in every way. Sylvie was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish. My one cousin needs a completely darkened bedroom to sleep, for example, and Sylvie helped make sure the window coverings produced the right effect. Otherwise, the obvious things of it being a great building, with great views, in a great location, can't be overstated. The roof garden and lounge are wonderful bonuses. There's no question that on the next trip my cousins will be booking with Indigo House!

It was so refreshing to find this upscale and well-lit corner apartment exactly as pictured. No hidden surprises or disappointments. A quiet and rejuvenating retreat just steps away from great shopping, restaurants, and activities. Sylvie truly delivers the quintessential New York experience.

The apartment was light and bright – a great place to come home to!  Everything was immaculate and tastefully decorated – a wonderful oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

If you must stay a month (or more ) in New York do not hesitate , Indigo House is a very good choice : perfect location , building "full services" ( pool, gym, laundry, doorman ,...), nice and comfortable apartment (clear, well equipped, comfortable bed, nice view,..). Sylvie is very available and effective for any problem.  Really an excellent solution for a long stay in New York and a very good price/quality ratio ( we stayed in "Silver House" may/june 2016 ). Our best stay in NYC since a long time. If an apartment is available for your dates do not hesitate !

My husband and I stayed at one of Sylvie's apartments while in transition between homes and it was an incredibly pleasant and easy experience. The building and apartment were delightful. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and had all the essentials to make it an extremely comfortable stay. Sylvie was incredibly attentive, responsive and kind throughout our stay. Highly recommended! 

We have stayed in two different apartments in Symphony House. Both were great -- clean, lovely furniture, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It is a pleasure to deal with Sylvie who is helpful and accommodating. Indigo House is a wonderful option for short-term, well-located rentals in NYC!

My time in NYC has been terrific.  The apartment is just fabulous--I have really enjoyed being here.  I am already thinking about next year--my plan is to return next year around the same time. In the event you are interested in renting the apartment to me again next year I would be very interested.  Thanks so much--

The apartment was an absolute joy. It was clean and comfortable and incredibly well located. There must be dozens of good restaurants within a couple of blocks. Everything was exactly as described; with accurate and complete information and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. We have had the most wonderful summer in Manhattan, with special thanks to Sylvie and her team at Indigo House.
The apartment was as shown and described on the internet and as clean as could be.  Sylvie and her staff went out of their way to get us in early the day of arrival and came back many times to make sure we were happy and well served.
Any of the little issues that came up were dealt with promptly and very professionally.  We are so happy that we extended our stay an extra week!  We look forward to next year with Indigo House and Sylvie 5 star treatment!

Staying in the Indigo House property was an absolute dream. Sylvie was reliable and attentive, the apartment was even more spacious and lovely than it appeared in photographs, and from the hand towels to the New York City guides all the way down to the ice trays and silverware, our every need was anticipated and provided for. I've had the pleasure of staying at Sylvie's apartments twice. The apartments are clean and beautifully furnished, and the location can't be beat. Sylvie is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Indigo House for anyone visiting New York.

We had a wonderful stay in Sylvie's apartment. The location was fantastic, great restaurants very close by and a whole foods supermarket 2 blocks away, also with a subway steps away, it made getting around very easy. The apartment itself was very comfortable, and beautifully decorated, just like the pictures. The apartment was very quiet, everything was very clean and in working order. When we stay in NY in the future we would definitely use Sylvie's apt again.

During the past three years, we have stayed at two of Sylvie's properties. Being a property owner and manager myself, I recognize both the value of a rental and the customer service that goes with it.  Sylvie's properties are a step above all the others, are decorated with her finesse as an interior designer and her dedication to make your rental a pleasant experience is outstanding. In my estimation, Sylvie and Indigo House get a 5-star rating.

I loved staying in Sylvie's apartment. It was the first time I had used this site and I was nervous about trusting it, but everything went wonderfully! Sylvie sent me an email right away with all of the information about the location and included all of her phone numbers. That gave me great peace-of-mind. The apartment looked exactly like her pictures, it was beautiful and everything was just as she said it would be. I would definitely rent from her again!

Sylvie was fantastic and professional to deal with. The property was better than expected - the photos don't do it justice. It was incredibly clean - and immeasurably pleasurable to sleep in such an immaculately kept place. For NYC standards, the apartment is above par and with lots of light.

I want to stay in a place that feels like a home and not a hotel...this was the perfect apartment for me: reasonably priced, great location, fantastic doormen, completely clean with all the furnishings one needs including a really comfortable bed - important when you're away from home.  Sylvie was completely straightforward and easy to work with.
